Hope Jean Paul
Co-Host, Wake Up World
Hope Jean Paul, America’s fourth favorite morning show hostess, has been climbing the ladder of fame since her father, media mogul Scoop Jean Paul became the largest private donor at St Murdoch’s prepatory school in Wausau Wisconsin.
Her father’s contributions to Hopes wants, gave her the entitlement she was yearning for, like her memorable if unscheduled valedictory speech, pre-empting the speech of the young woman who had actually been chosen valedictorian.
It was then young Hope realized she could capitalize on her fathers money and power if she put her mind to it.
And with that, Hope was off to New York City, where she quickly landed a job reading lottery numbers on a Christian rock station owned by her father. But her big break came in 1999, when big Scoop Jean Paul created 24/7, cable televisions first Infonewsment network, and Hope became the host of its flagship morning show, “Wake Up World”
Hope has been hosting Wake Up World since day one, but it was on September 11, 2001, that she first earned her place in broadcasting history. On that tragic morning, she was broadcasting from a fall fashion show in Hilton Head, South Carolina. As others in the media presented grim news of the unfolding nightmare, Hope chose to stick with her scheduled program, gamely focusing for six hours on the bright side of knits, bias cut jersey, and strappy pumps which were stylish enough to wear anywhere, yet comfortable enough to wear while fleeing terrorist attacks. Critics still talk about her performance that day.
Too modest to submit her work for consideration by awards committees, Hope doesn’t gauge her success by Emmys, Peabody’s, or Pulitzers, “To see my fans standing out in the rain and the cold for hours wishing they were me is all the reward I could ever ask for,” she says.

About the Show
From the mind of Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead comes WAKE UP WORLD, America's only 6-hour morning show! Half the content, twice the time.
WAKE UP WORLD, the flagship show of the 24/7 INFONEWSMENT NETWORK features "exclusive" interviews with experts and authors those "other" bloated morning shows somehow completely overlooked.
