Former prosecutor Bernie Silvergold is the host of “Trial & Error”—the highest-rated legal analysis program in the 3 a.m. timeslot. BERNIE SILVERGOLD graduated from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, specializing in media law, Talmudic studies, and looking great. Silvergold formerly represented several clients in civil and criminal cases during his former career as a trial attorney and formerly put several reprehensible people behind bars as a former district attorney.
