Chuck Woodmore is an Obie Award watching journalist who joined the Wake Up World family in 1999, having made a name for himself during the Clinton Impeachment trial when he posed as Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson for 3 and 1/2 months before anyone noticed.
In addition to making news, he also reports it, but his true passion is attending pitch meetings. Chuck has pitched several shows to 24/7 and is awaiting approval on his proposed “Through the Looking Lens, Darkly” an in-depth investigative series investigating investigative reporters. No word yet from producers, but Chuck remains hopeful.
On weekends, you can usually find Chuck in a West Village club, jamming on bass guitar in the tribute band Beatlemania-Mania.
